Hi everyone! My name is Lauren, and I am looking for someone who is able to take over my lease in sunny Carmel Mountain 🙂
I have a lease that is up on May 9th, and I have to relocate due to work obligations. I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my half of the lease as soon as possible.

I am offering up my space in a dual master bedroom floor plan. This is a large bedroom with a walk-in closet, paired with a private restroom. This second floor unit includes AC, an in-unit washer & dryer, a dishwasher, and an east-facing balcony. This unit is located in an amazing gated apartment complex, with 3 pools and a gym 🙂 . Parking space is included. It's a beautiful, quaint neighborhood, with great hiking trails and good food nearby. Located just off of the Fwy.

My current roommate is not in very much and keeps the noise level at a minimal level. She mainly keeps to herself, but is friendly and respectful of your space.
