• Mid-thirties lady working full-time
• Love reading, watching movies, trivia, karaoke, game nights, vegan cuisine, and traveling.
• Make an effort to be considerate and respectful of home in general, but especially shared spaces & cleaning responsibilities.
• Try to be conservative with utilities, such as not leaving lights on or water running when I'm not using it, etc.

What I'm looking for:
• Someone who shares the same cohabitating values & principles; respects designated quiet hours; and is generally clean & responsible.
• First & last month's rent + security deposit equal to one month's rent.
• Prefer vegan or vegetarian housemates, but not necessary (may just have to have some separate cookware lol).
