About us:
Female owner and occupant has the primary bedroom and has two small non-shedding non-allergenic dogs. Hobbies and around the house I enjoy cooking, gardening, walking dogs. Outdoor activities like mountain biking, hiking and enjoying the view. I work locally and I am home often.

Current roommate: professional male, early twenty’s works for a local tribe in tech. Works Mon-Fri . He gets up at -ish and is g am. He’s home around and meal preps usually two nights a week. Games quietly in his room the rest of the evening. Gone on weekends to visit family and friends. Very clean and kept to himself.

Potential roommate: Professional with verified income, works outside of the home, no children - even on the weekends, and no pets. Is clean and friendly and adds to the respectful and copacetic existing vibe of the house.

The house: Three bedroom house + loft, large, private backyard with comfortable seating areas and a table for outdoor dining. Shared use of the kitchen and laundry room. Off street parking enough for everyone. You will share a bathroom with the male roommate. House has hardwood floors throughout except in two of the rooms. Your room and the bathroom have been recently painted and the carpets have been cleaned in your room.
