So I recently bought this townhouse in Lake Las Vegas and am looking to rent out my guest bedroom.

-PRIVATE FULL bathroom with a tub
-AWESOME views of Lake Mead

This would be a MONTH-TO-MONTH agreement and if its a great fit well move into a more long term agreement of 6 months to a year.

I would ideally want someone who really enjoys the beautiful resort style living.
