Wanted: compatible roomies

Hi! My name is Afsoneh. I’m a UT grad student and music teacher who reads, draws, loves kitties and plants, aaaand who occasionally gorges herself on all-you-can-eat sushi (food is heaven). I’m looking for roomies to apply for a bath at Villages at East Riverside with. A private bathroom for each person makes living on the cheap with roomies very doable (I’ve done this before). We would apply together, but I’ll happily do the roomie finding, paperwork, Bill collecting, and furnishing of the shared spaces (I’m a plant lady and love art… it’ll be calming and pretty). I’m hoping to start the lease on January 1st and sign for however long gets us the cheapest price (probably months). The total for the whole apartment is $ as listed online, but I haven’t checked with them yet (I want to have at least one roomie found first).

The two bigger rooms will be $ each, the front left room will be $, and I’ll take the smallest room at the back left.

This will be an LGBTQ+, trans, and Black Lives Matter allied home; bigots against these folks are not welcome. 😇
