Private Master Bedroom and Bath

Looking for a roommate to rent out the master bedroom in my Oceanside house. The bedroom is private and has its own bathroom and balcony. There is a washer and dryer inside. The house has a big backyard, full kitchen, living room, and an awesome gym in the garage. All utilities and WiFi are included in the rent. The room is available January 1st. I am a year old college student who is fully employed looking for a clean and friendly roommate to share the space with.
