Renting out rooms in my home that i am currently renting. 5 mins from concord bart station and todos santos plaza. Individuals only, couples pay $ to compensate
for double utility usage.

COMES INCLUDED WITH:

- Driveway parking for 1 car

- Internet (other utilities not included)

- There are 2 total occupants currently ( I am a year old male and other roommate is male).

- square feet living space

- 2 massive backyards with garden potential like no other and so much more.

- I have 2 cats and a service dog. all very friendly.

- Home is furnished, rooms are not. I can furnish the rooms for an additional $/month.



REQUIREMENTS:

- last 3 months income (bank screenshots ok)

-absolutely no pets

-must clean up after yourself. not too many details, just be a decent person.


FLEXIBLE LEASE OPTIONS:

- You would be sub-letting through me and filing an application with the landlord.
