Rent is $645 plus half of bills(electric, gas, water, insurance, internet). $200 deposit + $60 application fee. The apartment is off South Congress, just across the street from St. Edward's University. The apartment has wood-laminate floors in the kitchen, dining, and bathrooms; brand new carpet in living and bedrooms. Apartment is furnished, except for your room. Huge balcony overlooking the pool. Your room is huuuge (big enough for king bed and then some) with a large south-facing window and large closet. The lease ends mid-June, and I will be moving out of town then, but you would be able to renew the lease if you wanted to stay.
