Urgent attempt to sublet spring

Hey yall, UofSC sophomore wanting to sell my lease at Yugo Columbia Lofts by January (You can move in as soon as December for a free month). The space is a 2 bedroom with lots of loft space, 1 bathroom, a living room, and kitchen. There is one roommate who is a male and he is super chill (looking for a male roommate). Yugo doesn’t have laundry machines in the apartments but when I moved in I brought a washer dryer unit that I plan to leave in the space. (The photo below is my room).
