On the top floor, there is one bedroom and a bathroom, and on the first floor, there is the kitchen and living room. The apartment also has a greenhouse. Monthly rent is $. The rent includes internet and water, you will need to pay for electricity. There is a gym for free for all tenants in the building. The building has a whole variety of restaurants. There is also a parking right at the back of the building, and good transportation.
