I am looking for a room mate to share the den of an den and 2 wash room of a fully furnished apartment . The den is as big as a single room . In addition to that , the person sharing will have a separate washroom . The rent is which includes all amenities .

The building has all the modern amenties like barbeque area, multingym , bicycle court , basket ball court , enhanced swimming pool , yoga center , HIT room , work place , theatre , recreational room and other amenities which I have also not yet explored .

The apartment is on th floor which has a north facing balcony providing the view of down town . South of the apartment is lakeshore and lake Ontario . Amenities within the apartment include Internet , Hydro , electricity , heat , gas , washer dryer , dishwasher , induction cook top , convection oven , fridge , microwave , (coffee maker , instapot , air fryer , toaster , IP TV enabled television , sofa , tea table , utensils) - These are all mine and sharable . There is a single cot , mattress , pillow and blanket (All owned by me which are fully washed and disinfected/sanitized), so you dont need to buy your bedding .

A brief intro about myself - I am a IT guy from India ; non smoker / non drinker but there is no obligation from my end regarding the same (You can party every day if you want 😃). I use my utensils for non veg cuisines , so if you are a strict vegetarian , you have to arrange your own.
