bth house. I live alone and will be staying in the spare bedroom. I am offering the tenant/tenants to rent out the large master bedroom with connected private bath, multiple windows, laminate floors, and french doors to the shared covered back yard/patio/firepit/hot tub. The large Master bdrm could be used for both work-from-home office space, and a bedroom. Or it could easily accommodate 2 beds or other furniture etc.
This is a split level home, with the kitchen/dining/living upstairs (shared). We are elevated amongst the trees, with a large upper deck with a BBQ. There is a wide view down below towards willamette river and Or. City as well as an incredible view of MT. Hood on clear days! The home has all appliances, including washer and dryer downstairs.

6 month Lease. Responsible for all utilities. Possibility of use of outside canopy for storage, for an additional fee.
