3 Bedroom in Brier Creek

Description

Currently living with two roommates (at the Crest at Brier Creek) who will be moving out to live with their BFs at the end of February when our lease is up. I've lived with two girls for the last 2.5 years, I lived when one of them and a guy for a while before that and it was just me and one guy before that. So basically have no problem living with males or females. I'm 30, and I'd like roommates around the same age. I like the apartment we're in now so I plan on staying and finding some solid replacements (you!). I want two roommates for two main reasons:
1) More "social opportunity"--hopefully we can hang out a bit and not just lock ourselves in our rooms
2) It'll make rent cheaper, of course.
