Roomate wanted (6 month min)

Looking for a roommate to share my townhome with. You will have 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom (private). This area is right by downtown and walking distance to Truck Yard ( min) Dynamo soccer field ( min) Taco Brothers ( min) Discovery Green min). Great for foodies, trekkers that love to explore and those that love to live the city life but be in a quiet neighborhood. Floor is laminate and on 2nd floor-tile on the first. I have 1 small dog that doesn't shed and is potty trained and has a very laid-back demeanor- he will not try to stay in your room he knows his space. If you have a pet I will consider it although there will be a pet deposit that won't be less than that is refundable should the property be returned the manner it was given.. Pet must be of docile nature and potty trained/have all current vaccinations. I do perform background checks and that will be charged AS the application fee. Thank you for understanding.
