Hey guys! I am currently looking for someone to sublet my room in a 3 bedroom apartment in the back bay(right next to the Prudential building and a 5 min. Walk from newbury street) from eitehr January until may/June or January to august, the rent would be $ including utilities, please PM me for pictures/questions!🤗🤗(students preferred). The place is right next to berklee, northeastern,a minute walk to BU and right next to a Whole Foods and a 6 minute walk from star market!

The apartment has in unit pretty new washer dryer, new appliances and hour security.
