Description coming soonI just recently purchased a condo in the Southeast Nashville / Antioch area and am looking for a roommate to sublease a room in that condo until my permanent roommate moves in this May. You would have your own room and bathroom in a condo that has been COMPLETELY renovated. The upgrades are immaculate.

Rent would be around $550 and includes all utilities.

I am a 29 year old teacher (band director) and musician (keys and vocals) originally from Michigan. I'm super busy at school and enjoy my down time when I'm at home. I'm very organized and super neat. Non-smoker, no drugs, social drinker, no pets, very clean.
