$600- Looking for 2 new roommates!

Hi! My name is Taylor. I'm looking for 2 new roommates in my 3 bed/2bath town home. I'm moving in this weekend. I've lived in the exact same town house before and I loved it but now I love it even more because it's renovated. There's two rooms and a bathroom available downstairs.
Bedroom #1- Walk-in closet
Bedroom #2- two large wide closets.

I'm working on getting a washer and dryer but there is a laundry unit in the office which is right across from us.
The living room is extremely spacious. It'll have a couch, tv, coffee table (a really cool one if i say so myself) If you have a couch.. you are more than welcome to bring it. The more furniture the better.
The dining room will have a table and stools for the island. It looks into the kitchen. It's beautiful!

I have a small dog named Maggie... she is a yorkie/schnauzer mix. She is a complete lap dog. You are more than welcome to bring a dog but no cats please since I am allergic.. unless they're just gonna be in your room then I don't mind.
But only 2 dogs are available in the apartment!

It'll be $600 a month- that includes everything. Internet, utilities, & rent.

I am so excited to have roommates since I've been living in a one bed for 7 months. I am a nanny and a musician. I do drink. I tend to always have a box of wine in the fridge. I love going out with friends if I'm not working. I'm outgoing but also can be laid back.
I would prefer if you were female or a gay male- also to be LGBT friendly since I do have a lot of gay friends and they will be around from time to time.
