Arlington VA (Ballston) Room available for $ + utilities (usually around $ a month)

This will be a lease transfer, and I’m looking for someone to move in early December and take on the rest of the lease until June st! It’s a 4 bedroom house, with 3 male roommates who are all young professionals. 5 minute walk from the Ballston metro, and Ballston quarter. Please let me know if you’re interested, December move ins will be prioritized.
