Looking for a roommate $500 total

Hello! My name is Tina, I am 19 and I have been living in San Diego for less than a year. I am currently planning on getting a 4 bedroom house. It will mostly be all girls. I have a job and have 2 cats that are both loving! I am very outgoing and fun to hang with! I'm looking for someone within the age range of 18-21 and FEMALE only.

I'm looking for someone that I can call a friend rather than a roommate. I want to make many memories and have a fun time!

The room I'm renting out is smaller than the others so the rent will be cheaper. The rent is $500/month and this includes everything as far as (rent, utilities, toiletries, internet)

I also will have another room, this one is bigger so the rent will be $700/month but it also includes the same (rent, utilities, toiletries, internet)

There will be a $500 deposit. This may be refundable upon move out if everything looks the way it did!

You must be 420 friendly (:
