Apartment includes shared: bathroom, chef style kitchen which I almost never use - get all meals delivered, balcony, smart washer/dryer & additional closet space. Amenities are top notch with a great community: gym, pool/hot-tub, game room with pool table, conference room, FREE EV chargers, bike storage, rooftop lounge with grill, included bike storage, fire-pit lounge with more grills & cabanas, storage & parking available at added cost, community kitchen & dining/workspace area, tons of great recent perks and events (seriously, best management ever). Pets are allowed for additional fee if they are easygoing with my 3 year old pomsky who is very friendly and well behaved. The loft is open to below but with such high ceilings very private and you may install my soundproof curtains and add a door. Place is fully furnished with high-end marble furniture and best available appliances/devices. Location is unmatched across the street from Coors field and neighboring the best nightlife that downtown has to offer. The place is safe and secure with on- security and ButterflyMX video intercoms to allow guests in or use your phone to open door (even with Siri).
