Room in Spring Tx

2 spare rooms for rent. One of them is furnished and the second is unfurnished. looking for someone that is CLEAN and respectful. I have a rescued pitbull (lbs.) that needs some time to warm up to new people. Its usually my girlfriend and I that stay at the house. She has her own place but spends alot of time here. We enjoy hiking and going backcountry backpacking. looking for someone that is good with dogs and understands some sort of dog communication or body language since the puppy has some work to do personallity weise. The plan is to have someone that would be willing to take care of him (pre-planned of course) whenever we decide to go on trips. Obviously there would be compensation for the time watching out for him. In such cases, id knock off a good chunck of change from the rent whenever we have planned trips, depending on how long we are gone. Essentially renting to someone willing to occasionally dogsit every few months or so. No walks needed, just food and water and let him roam in the backyard to potty. we have a doggy door so that makes it easier.
