Sub Basement for rent

I have a sub basement room for rent. It has its own room, bathroom, living room, and access to the backyard for a month. Internet, utilities, water, and trash are included. The washer and dryer are located there so expect me and the other housemates to come down every now and then for laundry.

The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware and devices. Parking space is available on the curb and I have extra space if you need to store things.

There is me in my mid thirties, another gentleman in his mid twenties, and another gentleman in his mid fifties that live on the upper floor of the split level. Dogs, cats, or other animals are fine as long as they get along with my two huskys and the other roommates dog and that you clean up after them and they are house trained.

There is a move in fee deductible of two hundred and fifty that is returned upon moving out as long as there is no severe damage to the property by the tenet. The rent can be payed on the first of the month, or split into two payments on the first and the fifthteenth. Rent is month to month so you don't have to worry about extra costs if you end up wanting to move out or find somewhere better.

Military is prefered but not necessary. All I ask is for no children, be decently clean, and don't bring trouble to my doorstep. Overnight friends are fine as long as they arent basically living here and dont get too crazy.

There is space for your own food and everyone respects each others boundries.

I'm in the Army so there may come a time where I have to move or be deployed so I will give as much time as possible when I have to terminate lease with you.
