I recently moved into this .5 bathroom townhouse in Henrico and I am looking for a roommate!

Your rent: $ (includes gas, pest control, valet trash, and water/sewer)
Wifi: ~$
Parking: free w/ pass
Electric Bill: not sure what the monthly average is gonna be yet but my best friend lives in this complex as well and he said that his doesn’t get over $/mo, even in the summer.
Pets: I already have 2 cats (photos attached) so, unfortunately, no more cats or dogs!
