The room is furnished with brand new furniture (bed, dresser). The bedroom is spacious with a large closet and big windows which already have treatments on them with black-out shade liners. The bathroom is a spacious full bathroom with a beautiful grey slate shower/tub.

About me: Professional women who works in center city. Very clean and expect the same from my roommate. I have dog who gets along great with other pets. I do allow for you to have guests; having friends visit is okay, but no large parties. Also, no smoking cigarettes - that is a house rule.
