I own a duplex with attached 2 car garage. All bedrooms are located upstairs. The bedroom is furnished but if you have furniture, the current items will be removed for you. The room is opposite end of the house from the main bedroom. You have your own bathroom that you can decorate or leave current decor. The shared areas of the house on the first floor are kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath. Beautiful neighborhood with parks, community center including pool and workout center. Female roommates only.
