My house is located in a safe and tranquil neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac in North Sumter on the Dalzell border. All the utilities water, electric, trash, high speed fiber Internet are included. I have a big kitchen with all new appliances with all the cookware you may use too. I also have a washing machine and dryer you are welcome to use too. My house is very clean, I'm slightly OCD 😅. There is one other female roommate in her early s, she is very quiet and clean and renting long term. You would share a bathroom with her. The house was built in with some slight updates. I do intend to replace the carpet with laminate planks within the next two months. There is a beautiful backyard with a small covered patio. You will have your own bedroom with a twin bed and small walk-in closet. You may store a few things in my two car garage or attic.
