Hi I am currently looking for someone to take over my BLVD 63 lease as soon as possible. Out of Blvd63's Vanatastic floor plan, (4 bedroom, 4 bathroom) I have the largest room and bathroom. There is a walk in closet and a hallway in the bedroom, so extremely spacious and fully furnished with bed and desk. Rent is $960 for room and utilities, except electricity. Electricity is equally divided among all roommates, so cost is very low. There are 3 other roommates, all SDSU students, all females.

It is also right next to the main freeways, I-5, CA-94, I-8. It is central to pacific beach, downtown, and ocean beach (all about a 15-20 min drive to each locations). There are also plenty of places to eat, grocery shop, and hang out right in the neighborhood.
