Roommate wanted

I am a year old widow. Looking to share my apt. with a mature female. The room is furnished with a queen bed. A dresser and 2 nightstands. A chair. Also a tv. There is a private bath. Shared laundry..kitchen..living and dinning room. Small screened patio. There is a parking space..swimming pool..tennis court and workout room. Must be sober and no drugs. Rent is due no later than 1st day of each month. The deposit is . It includes utilities, cable and internet. The room and bath plus small hallway is your responsibility. Cleaning up after yourself in the rest of the apt. No smoking. I have asthma and can't be around smoke or perfumes. I have a lb.dog. No other pets. I am retired and home most of the time.
