Fun and Friendly Female Roommate

Hey There!

I’m looking for a female roommate to share my beautiful 2 bedroom condo with! I’ve lived here for about 3 years and would love some help my mortgage. The room being offered is the guest room, which currently has a queen bed and dresser. I am looking to fill the room around Dec 1st and stay for at least a year. Please no pets, kids, or couples.

I’m in my thirties and work full time from home so I would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home as I don’t have the space. I’m friendly, outgoing, organized, tidy, and like to cook. No drama, girly girl, non smoker, and wine lover. Must be cat friendly as I have one little kitty. I would love to find someone who can relate to these qualities.

The nitty gritty:
Rent for the room is a monthly flat rate which includes water, electricity, and internet.
