Seeking Awesome Female Roommate!

Description

I have a room available for a female in her 20s. The apartment is located at Regency Park. We have a Chipotle, Chase bank, a movie theater next door and various chains of restaurants nearby.

The rent is $585/person plus utilities.

I haven't had the best luck on with finding roommates online, but I am gonna give it a try:

My ideal roommate is someone who cleans after themselves, especially without being told. I hate roaches :). Be responsible.

I like being a supportive person, so if you have a passion or things that interest you.. let me know! I am an aspiring filmmaker.

A big deal breaker.. I do not want a third roommate. Meaning, I don't want your boyfriend/girlfriend over every night. We should respect each other boundaries :)

I think if you're chill person, this would be a great living arrangement.
