Resort style swimming pool with sun deck, fitness center, rec center, free tanning, dog park, full sized kitchen, font porch and outdoor patio, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances including many other amenities. Cable TV, Internet, Sewer and Trash, Pest Control and Lawn Maintenance is included. The Retreat is very nice, but I signed the lease too fast and realized I wanted to stay where I am.
