Hi There!

Offering one year lease on a cozy 10 x 11 bedroom with a decent sized closet in a beautiful 4 bedroom house near Manor and Westminster. I'm currently an undergrad student at UT (but an older student- early-30's) and would like to live with nice and respectful roommates. We have two other young professional women living here and a super sweet and laid back dachshund (no more pets please).

The house is close to the Manor #20 bus route, and I take this bus to school most days. Very convenient and only takes about 20 mins. It goes downtown as well, which is quite convenient.

The room is approx. 10 x 11 ft room with a large closet and full shared bath (very nice bathroom; would be shared with one other person). Room faces back yard. $725 + utilities.


Please note that although guests are allowed to visit (within reason), this is not a party house (no drugs).

The house has been remodeled and is very energy efficient (which should help with the utilities). Beautiful kitchen and decent back yard space. Washer/dryer. Nice quiet neighborhood; close to Mueller HEB, Torchy's and ModPizza.
