The bedroom that will be rented has a walk-in closet and access to the bathroom on your wing and is furnished with a queen sized bed with 4 drawers underneath, a nightstand & dresser with built-in outlets, a semi full length lighted mirror, a blue velvet accent chair, a projector and a lamp.

The unit has a full sized front load washer and dryer towards the front of the apartment and a spacious open concept kitchen/dining/living space equipped with an island that sits 3, a projector and an electric fireplace.

You will also have full access to the amenities the apartment complex offers (gym, basketball court, pool, resident lounge, concierge service, courtyards, movie theater, Amazon lockers)

- Utilities (water, gas, garbage pick-up, wifi) will be taken care of by me. The Electric will be split by in half when the bill comes out for the month.
- Parking $/month (which is NOT included in the rent listed above): you will get an assigned parking spot in the below ground garage. By the leasing office. If you don’t drive the nearest metro is Tysons (Silver line) and there are several bus stops near by.
