Room for Rent

Description

I am looking for a roommate for Apartment 5 at 300 Main Street Oneonta, NY 13820. The apartment is above the Vault record store across the street from (diagonally) Nina's Pizza. The rent is $400 a month plus utilities (electric/gas & internet). No pets, no smoking, must keep apartment clean. The apartment will be available January 1st, 2016.

It is a two bedroom apartment, one of two upstair apartments with one bath, kitchen, and large living room with high ceilings. There is plenty of storage in the apartment. Bedrooms are separate (one for rent is by living room, mine is by the bathroom). I have furniture, but there is room if you have your own. There is off street parking, and walking to bus stop, shops and the bars.
