Just moved to San Diego in October, looking for a roommate in a 2BR/2BA apartment in Lemon Grove (7 minute drive to downtown). 1 year lease till Oct 2016. We'll split the monthly rent down the middle, so you pay about $850/month + utilities.

- shared spaces include living room (w/ fireplace and AC), kitchen, and an outdoor balcony
- also a few big storage closets in unit
- carpet floors throughout, except kitchen and bathrooms which are tile
- no pets allowed (I love pets, but they aren't allowed in this unit, sorry)

- on- management office open 5 days/week
- small gym open 7 days/week
- pool and jacuzzi open 7 days/week
- multiple laundry buildings are on-, open till 10pm
- gated entry before 8am and after 6:30pm
- overnight guests are allowed
- on- parking available

- super easy access to Route 94

- you work full-time and make decent money (no trouble rent/bills)
- you have no problem passing a credit check
