Room for rent across from CSUSB

We are looking for a roommate to share our apartment at Sunrise Apartments. The apartment is 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, so you won't have to share your bedroom or bathroom. Me and my fiance live here and we are both students. We are currently the only ones on the lease so you will have make sure to sign the lease BEFORE you move in. I think they charge a $35 application fee but that is done through the office. Our lease will be up on September 30, 2016 so that is what you will be signing up for.
We will only accept male applicants, between the ages of 20-25, must have a job or stable income, and must be currently attending classes at CSUSB. No exceptions.

Your utility bill including Internet, water, gas, sewage, and electricity usually costs around $65 total for you but of course it changes every month. Rent is $538 so let's say if you move in on December 1st then you will have to have a money order for $607. Move in before December 1 might be possible if you have the cash, but we would have to talk about it first.
