Apt with Bay view / Pool/ Private b

My roommate is moving out of my beautiful apartment in Miami Beach. It has a beautiful bay view from the balcony, the building has pool and private access to the beach just crossing the street.
The apartment is a two bedroom, two bathroom, the one available is the single bedroom for $860 (all included)

I'm an art director and illustrator, I'm very easy going, responsible, clean so
it is really important for me to find someone that is a good fit, personality and lifestyle wise. . ..(clean, easy going, no drugs, and please no drama ;)

So the first requirements are that you are female, and being in the same age range would be preferred, from mid 20's-30's. It's important that you also are employed so we know you will pay your rent on time. . . and are respectful of others belongings and space, as well as friendly.
