Need roomie for new s atx home!

Hello there! I'm looking to rent out 1 (possibly 2) bedrooms in my brand new 3 bedroom/3 bath home on West Stassney and Manchaca. This is a beautiful gated community with gorgeous wood floors on the first floor, granite counter tops, and the biggest pantry I've ever seen! Because of this, it's imperative that I find a responsible, clean, considerate roommate to share my home. I love to cook, go out on occasion, and work out, but I keep it pretty quiet during the week. I'd like to find a like-minded roommate so we can netflix and chill! :) I have a 20 lb loving but hyper terrier. I might consider another small dog but I would have to make sure they get along first. Please no couples! Rent does not include utilities. Deposit is $400.
