I have a 3 bedroom house. I have a one bedroom with shared bath to rent. Great neighborhood and patio. Located in surprise near Litchfield rd and bell. My roommate and I are both teachers under 35. We have 3 cats, no more pets and no children. We are both quiet, clean and considerate. We mostly keep to ourselves and maybe have a party or people over very occasionally but we always check first.
We are looking for a respectful roommate with no pets or children staying at the the home. And someone who preferably works similar hours or at least quiet during the week. Rent is $350 and utilities $150.
