Professional man needing room

Description

I am a professional man spending a lot of time at work and need a room preferably with a private bathroom. Room doesn't need to be furnished. Prefer utilities included. Very quiet and private and I do not make a lot of noise. I clean up after myself and will care for your property as if it were my own. Will most likely spend most of my time in my bedroom, and will clean any dishes I dirty up. I'm very clean! Not sure how long I will need the room for, so I need something that's flexible beyond the minimum stay. Get along with both young and old.
