One bedroom and your own private bath available for rent, 5 minutes away from Valley Fair Mall in a safe area. Rent is $725/month, utilities not included.

You will have full use of Kitchen and Living area. Washer and Dryer are available in apartment complex, coin operated. There's also a pool in the middle of the complex which is perfect for summer!

You will be sharing the apartment with a female in her 20's, very nice, and respectful of privacy. She is VERY clean and organized, so if you are as well that is ideal. She works two jobs and goes to school, so she would like someone who is quiet at night and not a party animal.

- Guests ok to visit 1 to 2 times a week

It's a really good deal for your own bathroom and location, I'm only looking to move closer to work as my hours are getting more demanding.
