Hello future roomie, my name is Kevin. My current roommate, Brenna, and I are looking for another female roommate to share the 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath we are currently renting. You would have your own bedroom w/ closet and you would share a bathroom. The house has a 2 car garage that you could possibly use if needed. We also have a unfinished basement with plenty of storage space for anything you would like to bring along. We have a fairly large deck with a grill and a nice landscaped back yard. About us: I am a 24 year old working professional who works mostly from the home office. I am also the primary lease holder. I tend to go out a lot in the evenings to eat and drink with friends at local bars and restaurants. My roommate is 19 and is a student working toward becoming a Medical Assistant. She has two medium sized dogs that seem to be everywhere all the time, so you must love dogs... a lot! My roommate and I also interact a lot, watching movies, eating dinner, and just hanging out. We would prefer someone who will join us and not just hide in their room all the time. We are LGBT friendly. Sorry, no 4/20 smoking in house. About you: Employed. Loves dogs/pets. Clean. Friendly. Preferably in the same age range, 18-24. We are open to other pets. We don't mind single mothers, but unfortunately we don't have another finished room for a child's room.
