Convenient, pet friendly, fun place

House is in South Nashville, near the zoo. I love the location because it's close enough to downtown and other popular areas that you can really get anywhere in 15 minutes, but far enough away that when CMA fest or other big events are in town your life isn't disrupted.

The house is 2 bedrooms and a bonus room, 1 bath. Common areas would be a living room, kitchen and a "side room" off of the living room, not currently being used for much.... We would share a bathroom. Washer and dryer are off of the bonus room and the bonus room would be empty, or you can choose that as your room... so there's options! Rent is $675/mo + utilities, which would be electric, cable/internet, and water. We do pay for our own lawn services, which right now are $35/visit (usually twice a month), but only during the Spring and Summer.

A little bit about me: I'm in my mid-20's and have a full-time job working as an event planner for a non-profit. I travel occasionally for work and to see friends and family. I have a 1 1/2 year old dog who is very well behaved and LOVES other dogs so if you have a dog, we would love it! I work 7:30a - 4:30p and tend to be home by 5:30/6pm each day. I'll make dinner and clean the house, take my dog for a walk, maybe go out for dinner with friends or catch up on some shows.... nothing crazy. I'm over my party days but do enjoy a good beer or glass of wine at the end of the day.

The perfect roommate would be ok with sharing the common areas, but also understand if I just wanted to keep to myself in my room after a long day. I'm cool with having people over, just no wild parties. I like to keep things clean, but am not a neat freak by any means. As long as the common areas aren't gross, we're good to go. One thing I'm not ok with is 420 or anything else of the sort. Over those days. Cigarettes outside would be fine, just not in the house. I have furniture but there's plenty of room for more!
