Room for Rent w/Private Bath

Description

I have a room for rent in a 3BR / 2BA house in the historic district in South Scottsdale available now. The house is centrally located between Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, Papago Park, Skysong and the freeways (202 & 101). The room for rent is 12X12 with an attached remodeled bathroom of your very own. The amenities include cable/high speed wireless internet, streaming Hulu, front and back yard, newer washer/dryer, dishwasher, extra refrigerator, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, formal dining room, pool, deck, fire pit, and BBQ.

I am the owner of the house and am not planning on going anywhere anytime soon. That means you won't have to worry about unexpected surprises, as well as if a repair is needed on the house, it will be fixed in a timely manner. Rent is $500 (not including utilities) or $600 including utilities (it all balances out to be less expensive without the hassle of periodically writing multiple checks). There is a $300 security deposit due on move-in, that may be refundable if no damage is done to the house. We want somebody to stay for at least 6 months, but will do a month to month lease so if something comes up, you are not stuck. Thank you in advance for looking.
