2 Rooms available in 3/2 Apt

Hi,

I'm the current tenant in Camden Dunwoody in a 3 Bed Apartment and me and one of my roommates are moving to other cities for work next week. The room will be available for occupancy 1st November 2015, or earlier if need be.

The apartment complex is a gated community and has one of the bigger floorplans any community offers in Atlanta. The apartment is on the second floor and has a nice patio. We also have a fireplace in the apartment. Valet trash and cable are included in the rent. Washer/Dryer are both installed in the apartment. Parking Decals are provided so as to maintain security and order in the complex (No fee for parking).

The location is right on 285 making the commute to 85 or 400 a breeze. Kroger is a one minute drive away.

Both my roommates are easy going young professionals working in Buckhead and our preference would be someone similar.
