Looking for a rommate

I'm looking for a roommate. Rent is $600 per month, includes everything! Internet, utilities, drive way parking, I'm also about to put a gas fireplace for the cold winter. To move in, you only need $300 that would cover your first 2 weeks rent. No security deposit needed. But I do ask for background check, prove of employment and references.
