I am a graduating senior at ASU looking to move out of the apartment by the middle of December. December rent will be paid, looking for someone to take over my lease with rent payments starting January 1, 2016 until July 31, 2016. I have 1 female roommate at the moment, therefore I am ultimately looking for a female to take over my lease. The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath unit with all utilities and a garage parking space included in the rent amount. The apartment also comes fully furnished.
