Description

A lovely red brick house near parmer and 35 with an open master bedroom. the room has its own walk in closet and bathroom. Rent is 460 a month. No need to sign a Lease. you will be sharing the home with Simon Briscoe, and Jenna Andre.

Amenities( apart from personal bathroom and closet):
-full gym in garage(squat rack, 5-60lb dumbells, 2 barbells, etc)
-lovely lake and walking trail in the neighborhood. with and even bigger, 12 mile long trail/dog park/reserve about 7 min drive away(walnut creek park)

about Simon:
21 y/old. Licensed massage therapist/ server in the Domain.
Interests/Hobbies: big time reader(mostly nonfiction), exercise, getting outside, anything to do with the body and movement.

about Jenna:
28 y/old. former Personal Trainer now turned Manager at Golds Gym.
very easy going and laid back, enjoys reading, spending time with close friends and excelling at her job.

Here are some qualities we would love in a roommate:
-easy to get along with
-enjoys their quiet and privacy
-Enjoys life and has some over-arching goal or dream they are working towards
-enjoys encouraging and encouragement
-if not healthy, then very happy.


Here are some things we simply do not want in a roommate:
-smokes cigarettes
-any hard drugs
-plays loud music
-no traceable income or job history

we need to know you will be able to pay your bills on time without hassle and will therefor need some proof of income.

also we will want a reference or two from previous roommates
