I am a young professional black male looking for someone to rent out my spare room. It is already furnished so you would just need a tv. or I could take out whatever items you don't need. ideally I would like someone who is looking for something temporary (a few months). I don't have any pets, no smoking in the house.

The price of the rent is all inclusive but is not a full even split of what all the bills include so I'm pretty set on it.
