Good sized furnished room with two closets. Mini split ac. Private bathroom. Queen sized bed. LGBTQ and poc friendly. No drama not a party house. Shared kitchen and fridge. But you can get a mini fridge for room. Living room is shared. Must be ok with dogs utilities included. (Within reason normal usage and such. Ie. normal water usage. Three showers a day fully draining water heater not normal. Had an issue in the past.
